Front Headrest Rear Headrest
This project demonstrates our capability to transform concept intent into production-ready engineering solutions. For the BMW G70 1st row multimedia headrest, we delivered detailed component and assembly development with a strong focus on technical feasibility, production maturity, and customer release requirements.
Engineering deliverables included
- 3D CAD development of single components and complete assemblies
- Design optimization aligned with serial production requirements
- Variant engineering for left-hand-drive and right-hand-drive applications
- Creation of detailed 2D drawing documentation for production release
- CAD data checking, validation, and preparation for official release in the customer PLM system
